Update 1 – 20-Week Beyond 5-3-1
I figured we’ll through in an update of our progress on the 20-Week Beyond 5-3-1 program after every 4 workouts, since that pretty much represents a 3′s, 5′s or 5-3-1 rotation in the overall scheme.
The first rotation was 3′s for the primary movement (70% x 3, 80% x 3, 90% x 3+).
