Three weeks out from the Diva Half Marathon in Galveston so I’ve decided to start training. 22 min of jogging on Friday, 30 minutes today. A workout idea for the day. No bike or rower? Sub out 2 min of fast walking for either or each. The middle part is 3 body weight movements and 3 lightly weighted movements. Make these as heavy as you are comfortable going for 20 reps. #homeworkouts #bodyweightworkouts #blog #conditioning
