It’s been a very long time since I’ve done full cleans. Strongly disliking front squats limits full clean improvement. Somewhere in the last 6 months I found my groove on the front squat. Oddly enough, in my world, my front squat is stronger than my back squat at the moment. Very weird. Tonight’s main lift was cleans or power cleans 5 X 1.
