Mischief Strength & Conditioning
We are available for private and semi-private personal training.
While the dynamics of the training will be customized to each individual, our “style” is a mixture of ‘old school’ strength training, CrossFit style conditioning.
Translated; lots of strength barbell work combined with lots of high intensity CrossFit and odd implement conditioning.
It is our firm belief, and conviction, through decades of study, self experimentation and working with hundreds of clients…that the most important component of not only any and every fitness endeavor, but also with life, is strength. From strength we can build anything. Without strength, not too many other components of fitness matter much. Therefore, strength is the foundation of our program.
