Technically, this was a Pinterest experiment. We tried the ‘hash brown waffles’ deal today. Ours was a yummy fail in that the pin shows them able to use the ‘waffle’ as bread basically. Not so with ours. Throwing the hash browns into the waffle iron just added one more thing for me to have to clean later. Alyx’s breakfast was the top one with an egg over easy and a slice of ham. Mine was the bottom one which started with the same as Alyx but to which I added sautéed onions and avocado.
