So I’ve been SOOOO bored with cooking lately. I see the recipes. I Pin them. What I don’t do is make them. Then I got the idea to make meatballs-or meat cookies-to make them even more fun! So I’m making several batches of different recipes this evening. All are paleo/grain-free. This version is Italian leaning.
