Oh my YUM!! We have a hit here! Lightly pan fried in bacon grease to get a slightly charred side. Then on a pan with roasted garlic and bell pepper seasoning (which I love, btw!) and sprinkled with Romano cheese. Then into the oven at 325 for 30 minutes.
